Dr. PAUL QUARNERI, DC, DACNB

Dr. Paul Quarneri is a native San Franciscan and a graduate of Riordan High School.  He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physical Education from the University of California at Berkeley in 1990. He obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in 1996 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and received the Clinic Excellence Award for his graduating class. While attending Life Chiropractic College, Dr. Quarneri received other various awards and honors such as the Excellence in Care Citation, being named to the Who’s Who of Colleges and Universities form 1993-1995, and being named to the National Dean’s List from 1993-1996.

 

Dr. Quarneri completed a 3-year postdoctoral neurology program sponsored by Logan Chiropractic College, which was taught at the University of Southern California, and successfully passed examinations leading to the certification of Diplomat of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board in 1997. He holds other specialty certifications in the chiropractic neurology field including: Treating Vertigo and the Dizzy Patient and Treatment of Behavioral Disorders: ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia and Autism and has extensive training in Traumatic Brain Injury and Concussion.   Dr. Quarneri is also a Fellow of the American College of Functional Neurology, which recognizes qualified practitioners in the field of Neurology who demonstrate the skill level to treat patient’s with neurological compromises utilizing functional applications rather than a pharmaceutical approach. He actively remains current with various topics in the field of neurology through post doctorate courses and has completed over 2000 hours of post doctorate study.   He regularly is a guest speaker on the field of Neurology regarding specific topics and case management to chiropractic students at Life West Chiropractic College.

In 2004, he became certified in the Evaluation and Treatment of Golf Specific Injuries and Swing Analysis. Dr. Quarneri has assisted many golfers in identifying weaknesses and the neuro imbalances in golf specific muscles, which may be creating injury and leading to pain and discomfort, and then prescribing a program to help restore balance, strength and stability throughout the golf swing. The ultimate goal is being able to reduce the risk of injury and improving quality and longevity of one’s game.

In 2009, Dr. Quarneri founded Neurolink Chiropractic and is Neurolink’s clinic director. He is in full time, clinical practice in San Mateo specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of various neurological and musculoskeletal related disorders. He has served as a faculty member at Life Chiropractic College West in the clinical science department teaching Neuro Diagnosis and Management and as an Alumni Board Representative. He was also a mentor Doctor for the graduating class of 2007 at Life Chiropractic College West.  He has held titles of Vice President and President of a local network group in San Mateo, Business Network International, with other highly qualified individuals in their professions.

Dr. Quarneri regularly lectures either in-office or to health clubs and local businesses in regard to health-related issues such as Fibromyalgia, Detoxification, Adrenal Stress, ADD/ADHD, Staying Fit, Women’s Health, and Gastrointestinal Health.

Dr. Quarneri is a member of the California Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association, and the American Chiropractic Association Council on Neurology.

His common interests include golf, sports, travel, weight training, softball, tennis, snowboarding/skiing, cardiovascular activities and spending quality time with his family.  He has been a baseball manager and assistant coach for several little league and travel ball baseball teams.

Dr. Quigley graduated magna cum laude and achieved the clinical honors recognition award from Life Chiropractic College West. During his time in school he participated in the first ever South Pacific Chiropractic Clinic Abroad in Fiji, where he and a team of doctors provided care to over 8,000 people among many local communities. He also has completed various chiropractic technique and extremity adjusting continuing education seminars and continues to study the latest developments in health and wellness.
Dr. Quigley utilizes several full spine chiropractic techniques to provide high-quality personalized care plans for each patient’s needs. His knowledge of chiropractic, neurology, biomechanics, kinesiology, and physiology gives him the tools to get you functioning at your optimal level. His goal is to help you improve your overall quality of life and ability to adapt to life’s stress so that your body can heal on its own and you can function at your best.

Amy serves as our Office Manager. She came to Neurolink Chiropractic with a diverse background as a manager, administrator, and individual contributor, with critical organizational and customer service skills. Prior to Neurolink Chiropractic, Amy pursued her passion for cooking with a personal chef after spending 9+ years as a manager in high-end retail. Prior to that, Amy had been an administrator and instructor at multiple athletic and health facilities. Amy started her career as a teacher, spending 13 years running a successful preschool program while simultaneously leading her own exercise business.

Meet Amanda! Amanda is a local San Mateo native currently finishing up a B.S. Degree in Public Health with a minor in Chemistry at San Francisco State University.  She has a strong passion for helping others and will implement this through a future career in Nursing. Some of her hobbies include swimming, reading, dancing and painting. Amanda strives to make a positive impact on her community each and every day

Jenny has been working for Dr Quarneri as a clinical assistant for over six years. She loves her job and balances her time between work, exercise, and home, where she has two teenagers to keep her very busy.

Christian recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University with an emphasis in Exercise and Movement. His career goal is to become an Athletic Trainer to help athletes recover from injuries. Some of his hobbies include coaching sports, walking his dogs and being spontaneous!

Brooke is a recent graduate of the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. She was born and raised here in the Bay Area. In between work and studying she likes to try new food places, read, and take her dog on walks around San Francisco. She hopes to pursue a career in Nursing and is excited to be a part of the team at Neurolink Chiropractic.

Olivia is a Bay Area native who has a background in childcare and teaching art. She is passionate about contributing to her community and is excited to join the Neurolink Chiropractic team where she can continue providing her compassion and enthusiasm with customer relations.  In her free time, she likes to play ukulele, spend time with friends and family, crochet, and experiment with new art mediums. She loves to learn and is looking forward to learning as much as she can about the benefits of chiropractic care.
